A little bit of history...

I didn’t get much painting done last week and the way things are going it looks as if I won’t do much more this week. So I thought I’d start looking back at how I got to my present project.
If I have one failing it is buying books that I never read. Books need shelves and a few years back I had to remove a full-length wall mirror to fit in the next set of shelves. Rather than throw the mirror away I took it to my studio. And having got it in my studio, when Anna came round to model for me I tried a watercolour of her and her reflection. I liked that so I next produced an acrylic painting…
